Here’s how it works:

  • When you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your receipt.

  • Immediately after that email, you’ll receive another email to download your file which includes the link and password to access your video. Be sure to open the file right away - it’s only good for 24 hours. If you try to access it after 24 hours, it will generate a new link and you’ll receive a new email.

  • When you’re ready for a new video, come back to the TC Store and purchase another video or go for our TC Pro Plan for an entire month of workout videos!
